Welcome to Stow Hall Gardens Quiet Mornings, a new monthly reflective space that will allow your thoughts to settle and help you reconnect with the restorative power of nature. Sometime we all need to step away from the busyness of life, switch off our screens, silence our phones and soften our focus. These quiet morning give you the chance to do just that surrounded by the beauty of Stow Hall Gardens. This is an open group, meeting each month, so you’re welcome to come along whenever you need some headspace. Advance booking required.
What exactly happens?
The morning will begin in the Fork Handles Café with a reflective process centred round nature and the gardens. Then a precious hour of solitude to think, write, draw, or do whatever helps you slow down and be present. We end together again for a short journalling exercise, helping you gather your thoughts.
The morning offers a space to slow down and reconnect with nature, spending time in this beautiful garden.
Included are two hot drinks, a cake of your choice, and full day entry to Stow Hall Gardens.

A word on ‘Quiet’:
These sessions are for people who want a couple of hours of quiet. Total silence is not required, but please be mindful that most people will be coming for stillness, reflection and headspace. We ask that each participant respects that.
