Referrals, renewals and cancellations
- Renewals: If you renew your annual membership before the date of expiry, you will get a 5% discount on your next membership. Please call us to renew.
- Referrals: If you refer someone for an annual membership, you will receive a £10 voucher to spend in the café. Please call us if a friend has referred you.
- Cancellation and Refunds: Memberships can be cancelled if done within 2 weeks of purchase, and you will get a full refund minus a £10 admin fee.
